| We stayed here for 3 days. A bit in a backstreet but easily reachable. Very small room the bathroom isn't bigger than a poststamp, but it was clean. Good breakfast. Not totally safe. our window, which gave out on the hallway, didn't really lock. |

We also booked the best room to have a nice weekend after staying 4 weeks in small beach and jungle huts, but we were totaly disapointet .. the bed was full of bedbugs, small and big ones, very disgusting .. at 1 a.m. we asked for a new room and the staff wasn?t suprised to hear about our problem. They said that some guests comming from Cambodia bring these bugs to the hotel .. well ...They changed us to another room.
The breakfast buffet is the worst I?ve seen in whole Thailand .. |

| It is unusal for me to write a bad review, but unfortunately this time I have to. Staying at this hotel was the worst decision I made on my 3 month trip. I booked on a website, but had walked past it on the street before and thought it looked OK. However, the rooms were dirty and smelly and when I woke up in the morning I was covered from head to toe in bites from bed bugs. I had to go to a pharmacy to get some cream as I had an allergic reaction and was unwell for a few days. I was not the only person this happened to. When I was leaving another customer was complaining to the receptionist about the bugs in his room too. The receptionist did not seem phased by his comments and simpy moved him to another room. Give this hotel and the chain a big swerve, hygiene is obviously not high on their agenda. |

| i still remember that we had bad experience in this hotel. we paid already via travel agent on the internet because we thought that this was such a nice hotel with affordable price . But after we arrived there with spending much time and a lot of money for paid the taxi to looking for this hotel. what did we get? no smiling for the first time and they gave us the key, then asked us to bring our baggage by ourselves till 3rd floor.. then surprised when we saw the room.. the ac was broken and theres no spaces to walk for 2 people, even to put our baggage, smelly, theres no view and the bathroom was so disguiting.. after that we called the receptionist to complain about the ac.. but there was no response for that till 30 minutes.. then we decided to went down and cancel to stay overnite there.. but u know what they did to us after we said we wanted to cancel it? the way they treated us like us not a guess! they were really really really rude.. they even didnt say sorry to us about the room! there were 3 guys there at that time, but the most rude was look like chinese with glasses! he was look still young and talked to us with the high intonation.. he was the one to asked us to leave the hotel with not polaidly.. and also, they didnt even give us the cancellation letter for that.. so, we have just given them $34 for free at tha time... we wont back to that hotel anymore.. for sure!! NO... Unfortunately, i didnt take a picture for the room and notice their name.. |

| The room we stayed in was very tiny, enough for a double bed and not much more. The mattress was extreeeeemely saggy, at least it wasn't too hard. However it was clean, cheap and right in the heart of the action on Khao San Road. Choice of banana pancakes or fruit salad for breakfast. Pancakes for the win!! |
