| Night two consecutive nights. No replacement to bring a towel with the cleaning crews bathrobes next day I used the first night. The bill is likely to be misunderstood and had not lost at the time of check out the bathrobes?WANAKATTA then check out because we go into a long talk MORAEZU while we take more time. Can no longer stay of the bad will not feel sorry. |

| Need to have proper service for travelling to Hua Hin. It is difficult if you dont have your own car. Need to have a utility shop in the hotel since there is none nearby. Need to have more activities in the hotel or you might just get bored |

| i like this hotel very very much as it has all the good things which i need when i go for holidays. we are strictly vegetarian and when then found out the created veg. food for us. not only they cook seperately but also they used new utensils and helped us in all the ways. i will surely next time visit this hotel in future and also recommend my friends to see it at least one time.thanks a lot for making my holidays so memorable |

| The hotel is very attractive located on the beach. The view of the three infinity pools seemed to join the sea without interruption. The location was easy to find, quiet but near shopping and beach vendors and shops. The staff gave excellent service in all areas of service. The food was excellent. The New Year celebration was the best we have experienced. The Casino theme was planned for all age groups and family members to enjoy. The days from 13:00 hrs until after midnight was filled with activity, scheduled and well planned. Superb. |

| We stayed a week at the Methavalai with our 2 year old and 3 month old. The location is superb, with a part-shaded beach directly outside the hotel. cha-am is reputedly "quiet" - to put this in context , it is not wall-to-wall sex clubs or thumping discos like certain other Thai resorts, but there is a mile -long strip of restaurants and bars which enable a lovely family holiday. |

| My wife, her sister, two eight year old children and I stayed in two adjoining family rooms for eleven days at the beginning of May. There are things to like about this hotel but also things that we disliked. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable, the bathroom is ok but small and the breakfast is quite good. On the minus side the cleaning staff are sloppy and left stains on the tables and didn't seem to sweep the floors, on one occasion one of the children knocked a bottle out of the fridge and it smashed on the floor, it was my fault I'd put too much in the fridge but we spoke to the front desk and spoke to the maid we cleaned up most of it and gave her some money but when we went back I got a painful piece of glass in my foot and we ended up cleaning up ourselves. The pool is nice but if you go early in the morning you realize how dirty it is before the chlorine takes effect, one of the children and myself got skin trouble and my wife wouldn't use it. |

| I have stayed at this hotel two times in the past month and it was excellent both times. The new wing is much better - the older part needs some external cleaning from mould and cobwebs etc. Also the lobby area at the lift / stairs needs some cleaning to remove cobwebs and grime from the high slanting windows. excellent pool and terrace, very clean and superb beach location across the road at front entrance, with hotel dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas. Beachside bar and snack service was welcome. This hotel has a long and well established reputation in Cha-am, although it is quite old, it remains a favourite with the urban middle class from bangkok as well as northern European holidaymakers. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and many restaurants, cafes and traditional Thai massage shops along the beach front road. We also stayed at the Gems Cha-am Hotel for a night because this one was booked out - that was an overpriced dump by comparison, and we were glad to move into this place when the room became available. This has to be the best hotel in Cha-am for price and comfort. A little clean-up of the external decor, tall windows and public areas would give it a 5-Star rating. |
