| Were at the Loma in December for a few nights. O.K. place. A bit far from the main road, so need a taxi to go anywhere, which was a bit of a pain waiting for one to show up. Especially with the kids. Our suite was lovely. Spacious & clean. But our friends standard rooms were not. Dusty & generally with an neglected air. Had to call & get them cleaned the next day, which was done immediately. Staff was good as is generally the case in Thailand.Always ready to help you out with a smile. The breakfast was less than average & we did not bother to get up for it after the first day. The pool was also dirty & unfortunately not cleaned everyday. The spa was the saving grace. Had a wonderful massage. The therapists were very good. The crowd is mostly older European charter tourists. Averaging late 30's, I think we were the youngest of the lot!! A bit of a dead place during the Christmas season. All in all, a very O.K. place. |

| This property's web site was very misleading. It is nowhere near any beach and about a 10 minute walk to nearest tuk tuk route. Also, the rooms were dank and dirty, the air conditioning rattled and never got cool enough and the staff was not very helpful nor particularly friendly. Additionally, the rooms we had confirmed before our trip were somehow not available when we got there. Definitely give this place a miss! |

| The staff are all amiable and helpful. The lobby was inviting and relaxing with comfy couches, large lanters, fountains and plants. This hotel is tucked away from the crowds of pattaya which was nice. The spa was fantastic! The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it is a small and crowded one at that. We didn't stay on the beach at all. There is also quite a bit of construction going on all around the hotel. |

| I was at the resort again after 1 year and I must say I have enjoyed my stay there this time again. It is always nice to relax there after a long night out, quiet and even good to relax in the pool. The staff there are friendly and always smile, I know many will now say it's normal for Thais to smile, but I have seen places where it's not like that in Thailand. Some may not like the location as it's a little far a way from all the bars and the night life (Walking Street) but that is the one reason why it's nice to stay there |

| I like to stay in this hotel. Far from all the noise. And u feel like home here. The pool area is great, and the garden is good to relax in. So when u stay here you will like it. Far from noise from cars and bars. The staff here is nice and the cleaning is okay too. All together a great place. |

| I was dissatisfied with the service at Loma Resort Hotel. The staff didn't offer to help when I arrived at the lobby (I had some difficulties opening the door as I was carrying lots of stuff. The housekeeper didn't clean up the room well; there was a day during my stay, they didn't replace the used towels, no refilling sanitary bags, etc.) The staff overall are not very friendly. I hardly recognize a smile on their face. |

| we enjoyed our stay at loma very much. there was nice stuff, very clean rooms and a nice pool area. also the sylvester gala dinner was excellent. there were a lot of possibilities for massage and wellness for real good prices. the location is quiet but not too far from central pattaya. perfect for families too. we really enjoyed there. |

| good value for money - I have stayed here many times. I like position in a quiet road away from bustle, but with good access to everywhere and via 10 baht bus to everywhere in Pattaya. Pity lovely Wong Amat beach ruined in most parts, and the concrete walks steadily on everywhere But Loma, lovely pool and gardens stay valiantly on |
